For this twenty-one-day plan, you will not be measuring, weighing your food, or counting your calories. Yep, you heard that right. This is unnatural, unsustainable, psychologically unhealthy, and, most importantly, it takes the joy out of eating. Eating is a beautiful, organic, natural behaviour that we were all blessed with at birth. Your body has built-in hormonal regulatory mechanisms designed to help you know when you’re full and when it’s time to eat. Sure, your body’s signals might be unreliable right now, but, together we work to correct this, so you can begin to eat more intuitively. I am here to help you every step of the way, along with my portion guideline, and suggested meal plan and servings sizes.

I share how I like to stock my pantry and set my kitchen up for success; plus, you’ll get a checklist of grocery items to purchase each week. The better your kitchen is stocked and prepared, the simpler, quicker, and more affordable your weekly grocery shops will be.
The prep notes will always be optional. Some people like to prep, some don’t. Some have more time than others. It’s all very flexible.
I also share a list of optional goodies that I use daily, as well as optional supplement suggestions. The list of superfoods and adaptogens are very easy to slip into a breakfast bowl or smoothie and offer a huge list of health benefits, but they are definitely optional.
Think of this like an experiment – fun, right!? Because we are working to reset your body, some foods will promote a healthier psychological and hormonal response, support your digestive system, and minimize inflammation better than others. We focus on nourishing your body with the cleanest and highest quality within our individual budgets and by availability in our location. During this twenty one days think of this food experiment like additional information to build your lifestyle beyond the program.
I’ve taken the guesswork out for you here. I’ve included a checklist of daily habits that will help break down a much larger goal of “being healthier” and help motivate you with small and manageable daily wins.

Human connection is so important, I will be connecting with you each morning through your inbox with a daily intention, challenge or journal prompt to complete. These are, of course, optional but will help keep you accountable and excited throughout the twenty-one days. You will also gain access to a private group setting where you can join other women in the program. It’s a fun space to post meals, share something you’ve learned or have been inspired by, or to shout out any non-scale (or scale) victories you’ve achieved.
